This notice covers information you send through the Rivalless Themes website and support form. It does not create a customer account, purchase or subscription.
What we collect
If you use the support form, you provide a request type, name, email address, summary and message. You may also provide a website URL, CasinoFrame version, WordPress version or PHP version.
Do not send passwords, licence keys, payment details, private keys, or unredacted customer data through the form.
How we use it
We use the submitted details to understand your request, reply, investigate a reported issue, assess custom work, protect the form from abuse and keep a record of the conversation.
Retention and security
Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the request, related product records, security or legal obligations. The WordPress form does not create a public post or customer account from your submission.
No website form can guarantee perfect security. Send the minimum information needed and wait for a confirmed secure route before sharing diagnostics that contain private data.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete support information that can reasonably be linked to you. Contact support@rivallessthemes.com and describe the request without sending additional sensitive data.

This notice will be updated before public accounts, checkout, payment processing, newsletter subscriptions or new analytics collection are enabled.
